Refunds

The short version, in plain English. The full wording is in the terms.

Change of mind

The guide is a download. At checkout you agree that the download starts straight away and that this ends your 14-day right to cancel. So we cannot refund a change of mind once the files are available to you.

Faulty or missing files

If a file will not open, is incomplete, or never arrived, email hello@velvetpayday.co.uk with the email address you used at checkout. We will send working files or a new link. If we cannot fix it, we will refund you in full.

Orders from outside the UK

The guide is sold to UK buyers only. Orders with a billing address outside the UK are refunded automatically and in full, usually reaching your card within 5 to 10 working days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Once a refund is made, the download link stops working.
